The Sartorialist

School has officially kicked off today, which gives me the perfect excuse to dig up some outfit inspiration - any excuse will do really! I've been currently obsessing about these two pairs of matching monochromatic ladies. I've always been a sucker for soft powder pink and I think (hihi, that rhymes) that it's the perfect transitional colour. The grey/silver combo is also rocking it this fall! If you want to make this monochromatic look work, playing with textures is key: Tweed with jersey, snakeprint leather and felt make the look interesting. Oh, and I'm totally smitten for the flounced hem!

Hope y'all had a lovely weekend!

  1. I'm loving tweed these days (but don't I always crave it in the fall?)! Powder pink is a fabulous color. I like to wear it when I'm feeling especially feminine!
